Mellcon Auto Drains are most economical, simple & maintenance free systems. The compressed Air / Gas contains Inherent moisture which will condense in receiver tanks, filters and pipelines, which requires regular draining systems.

Auto Drains are available in two options namely:

  1. ELECTRONIC TIMER DRAIN.
  2. LEVEL BASED ZERO LOSS CONDENSATE DRAIN

Mellcon Auto Drain Trap Model ACDT - 6 is 2/2 way pilot operated. Fully automatic, Maintenance free, easy to install and suitable to drain condensate from compressed air system like Dryer, Receiver, Moisture Separator etc.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Mellcon Level Based Auto Drain Traps have an electrical level sensing capability which only discharge when condensate is present, Thus preventing unnecessary loss of valuable compressed air. This intelligent sensing system operates with oil and water. The unique fault diagnostic feature gives indication if valve is clogged, coil burnt, loose supply connection or electronic unit is faulty with facility to reset, after the fault is cleared.

FINE FILTER

To ensure a continuous filtration of condensate. The fine filter stops the flow of particulates, for example rust particles, strands of hemp or oily mud etc. Sediment collected at bottom of the filter bowl can simply be removed by flushing with the flick of a finger.
